How we handle your information

Information you provide

When you submit a triage request, call, text, email, schedule a visit, or purchase a service, Johnson Services may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, relationship to the property, information about the property concern, service preferences, appointment details, payment status, and related communications.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, complete the free phone triage, determine service-area fit, schedule and perform authorized services, deliver lab results and written findings, process payments, provide customer service, make permitted referrals, maintain business records, prevent fraud or abuse, and measure how our advertising and website perform.

Laboratories and independent providers

When needed to perform the requested service, we may share the minimum necessary information with laboratories, scheduling or communication providers, website and form providers, payment providers, and independent assessment or remediation companies. Records such as photos, measurements, reports, or lab results are shared with an independent project provider only as needed and, where appropriate, with your authorization.

Advertising measurement

Our site may use an OpenAI advertising measurement pixel and related server-side conversion reporting. These tools may process referral identifiers, page and event information, approximate location information, device or browser information, and a one-way hashed version of your email address after you submit a request. We do not send your raw phone number to OpenAI. Advertising measurement does not change whether we receive or respond to your service request.

Calls, texts, and email

If you request contact, we may call, text, or email you about the inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting us using the information below.

Retention and security

We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, legal and licensing requirements, dispute prevention, and normal business administration. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information we control, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations. You can also call instead of using the website form. Browser controls may allow you to block or clear cookies, though some attribution information may then be unavailable.
